Ease into this Asian adventure with regional brews and bites at Slowbeer before heading to Japan and a sake masterclass matched with charcoal skewers. Not only do you get to eat and drink but you might even learn something! Heading off the beaten Asian track, the remarkable culinary talents behind the pans at Mister Minh and Anchovy will treat you to their traditional and edgy takes on Vietnamese classics, served with a twist. Intrigued? You should be. This fast and fresh food adventure finishes in Thailand where Ladyboy Dining and Bar will serve up classic sweet treats matched with a Thai-style cocktail, to transport your tastebuds straight to Bangkok.

Head around the world in many tastes as this experience traverses the culinary globe. Your tour starts at Paper Plate Restaurant and their treats will tickle your tastebuds with the flavours of Vietnam before embarking on your European stopover. Bierkeller Bar & Restaurant will have you slapping your lederhosen as they host a beer masterclass matched with serious smokehouse meats and atmosphere to rival Oktoberfest! For a change of pace, we head back to Asia and Burmese House Restaurant for some authentic Myanmar favourites. Experience the tried and tested family recipes handed down from generation to generation as host Mimi serves up her family’s favourites and a matched wine – packed with flavour and inspired by love. Continuing your Asian odyssey, the journey will take you to Deko Beko Café where host Toshi will bring his calm, Japanese sensibility to a traditional tea pouring ceremony and sweets. Head to The Collection Bar for farewell drinks as your global adventure comes to a close.

Spread your wings as you take flight at Chicken N Beer for – you guessed it – chicken and beer! No mystery there but be prepared to be awestruck as you don your sombrero and Jarabe TapatÍo (google it!) your way to Paloma Cantina to savour the subtleties of tequila and the tastiness of tacos. We’ve never heard tequila described as subtle but there sure is a lot to learn! Hit the street again and head to Boheme Restaurant and Bar for a feast of house specialities, matched with local wines. Your palate will be refreshed with a cleanser from Fritz Gelato as you make your way to Bowerbird, the last stop for a beer and cheese tasting and laid back vibes with host Max. Kick back, enjoy the scenes and the stories and feather your culinary nest with fab food, drinks and some insider knowledge!

Taking in some of Bridge Road’s most iconic venues, this adventure starts at the Mt View Hotel for a classic cocktail, charcuterie and a view of the ‘burb like no other. Breathe in the beauty of one of the city’s oldest villages as you take to the street and head to Richmond Hill Café & Larder. Immerse yourself in a cheese and wine tasting experience before sidling up to the new kid on the block, Noda Grill. Savour the smoky goodness of their classic Korean BBQ, matched with some local wine before heading up (and down) the hill to Kritamos Hellenic Cuisine for a traditional Greek welcome. With a nod to old Hellas and a wink to modern Bridge Road, a Cretan feast awaits – and look out for Zorba! The Sporting Globe Richmond is the last stop for some cool and cleansing cocktails and bite-sized desserts in Bridge Road’s most famous sports bar. A classic Bridge Road experience with some modern twists and a few surprises!

This adventure kick starts at Uitgang Bar for a tutored tasting of craft brews matched with Italian antipasto specialities supplied by neighbours, St Domenico Pizza Bar. Hear fascinating tales of how passion for the amber liquid has turned two former corporate giants into brewers and bartenders. Exit left and head for An Uong Eat Drink Vietnam where not only will you will learn how to rock and roll Vietnamese style and hear the family stories behind their food philosophy, but you’ll experience unique and insanely tasty ingredients in all their culinary glory. Head towards the Town Hall and drop a line at The Fish Market for salty sea tales and the freshest of fresh fish flavours, before heading for the hills at Nepabliss Café Bar & Restaurant where the flavours of Nepalese and Indian cuisine will rock your world. Finishing at Tres Bar for a Mexican-inspired dessert and drinks, this adventure will be full of passionate tales to warm every beating heart.
